A regional behavioral health network serving five counties was struggling with misalignment at the executive level. Competing priorities, siloed decision-making, and a history of unresolved conflict were slowing the organization's ability to respond to a rapidly changing funding landscape.
AD8 Collective designed and facilitated a three-session leadership convening series that created structured space for honest dialogue, surfaced underlying assumptions, and built a shared framework for decision-making. Sessions were grounded in the team's lived experience and centered well-being as a leadership practice.
By the end of the series, the team had developed a shared set of operating principles, identified two strategic priorities for the coming year, and reported a measurable increase in trust and psychological safety.
